Being for you now, who I needed then.

I know what it is to sit in the middle of a life that’s fallen apart and have absolutely no idea where to start.

After 32 years of marriage, I went through a difficult divorce. I felt overwhelmed, alone, and completely confused by the legal process. I didn’t know who I was outside of the relationship I’d built my adult life around. I was making soup at 2am because sleep felt impossible. My body was on high alert, constantly, for months.

I came out the other side. And what I carry from that experience isn’t just understanding — it’s the deep, specific knowledge of what it costs to go through this, and what it actually takes to find your way through.

That’s why I became a Breakup and Divorce Coach.

Not because I read about it. Because I lived it.

My Background

I’m an Accredited Breakup and Divorce Coach Practitioner, certified by The International Divorce Coach Centre of Excellence — the programme founded by Sara Davison and accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I’m also a qualified holistic therapist practising since 2016, with training in reflexology, reiki, and Indian head massage — disciplines rooted in understanding how stress and emotional overwhelm live in the body, not just the mind.

That combination shapes how I work. Sessions address the practical and the emotional in equal measure, because the two are never really separate.

How I Work

I don’t rush. I don’t have a rigid programme that everyone moves through at the same pace.

What I do is start with whatever is sitting heaviest for you — the thing keeping you awake, the decision you can’t make, the question you’re most afraid to answer. We work from there, one step at a time, until the fog starts to clear and you start to feel like yourself again.

Outside of sessions, I offer email and WhatsApp support — because the hard moments don’t always wait for your next appointment.

My goal is simple: by the time we finish working together, you have enough tools in place to handle what life throws at you independently. And you know you can come back any time you need a top-up.

When I’m not working, I live in a very old and wonky cottage in Nottinghamshire with my partner and our dog and finally feel at peace. And I wish for the person reading this to find their peace too.
