All clients must be 18 years and above.

Confidentiality in group sessions and around correspondence on the internet cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the communications.

All notes taken are done so in paper form and assist me in supporting you throughout our sessions. They will be recorded in a first name only capacity and kept in a locked drawer.

You will be held in a professional, safe and non-judgmental space at all times, giving respect and empathy to you and what you bring to each session while supporting you moving forward.

Your coach is neither a clinician nor a counsellor and will only work in her professional capacity as a coach.

Your coach has no legal or financial qualification and will not provide you with legal or financial advice.

Any self-care tips given in her capacity as a holistic therapist are for your personal use to help alleviate symptoms of emotional stress around your situation and there will be no guarantee of ease of symptoms.

Discounting the first free call, all other meetings are virtual and will never be recorded.

For any other correspondence, contact is to be made by WhatsApp message or email and your coach will endeavour to reply in a timely manner around other commitments.

Bespoke packages for clients with limitations, who may need to be visited at home can be discussed by phone, text or email. This will be a conversation to ascertain proximity from myself to you, the extent of your particular needs in terms of accessing coaching and agreeing expenses.

The first session is 90 minutes, giving you time to tell your story and for us to put tools and strategies in place moving forward. Consecutive meetings are one hour and can be bought in packages if required and used according to your specific needs. For example, to prepare before a court hearing or mediation.

Fees are for your coach’s professional time and are subject to review for which adequate notice will be given.

It is understood that last minute issues arise resulting in you being late for a session and you would be required to make contact as soon as possible in these circumstances. Your coach will endeavour to honour the full session time; however, this will depend on her diary moving forward. In mitigating circumstances, she will endeavour to reschedule.

It is your responsibility to make full payment at the time of booking in order to secure your session. If payment has not been made by the time of your appointment, your coach is not obliged to continue with the session.

A minimum of 48 hours-notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of your session. This allows your coach to offer the session to another client. If changes are made with less than 48 hours-notice, or you do not attend, your coach reserves the right to retain your fee.

Clients who have purchased a package and wish to cancel further sessions going forward, will receive a refund minus the full single asking price of all sessions attended thus far.

In the unlikely event that your coach feels the need to terminate a coaching package, she will respectfully give a full refund of remaining fees along with an explanation.
